How do I cope with advanced sarcoma after losing my dad?

I'm a 29 year old trans woman diagnosed with stage 4 epetheliod soft tissue sarcoma. It started in my right forearm in September 2024, diagnosed May of 2025, had a major surgery to remove a soft ball sized tumor, went through radiation afterward, and a few months later was diagnosed as stage 4 again, metastatic to my lungs, several spots. I've been through the AIM treatment, now I'm undergoing immunotherapy. Odds aren't great, I've done my research and there are no known cases of anyone making it past 5 years after initial diagnosis with my cancer. I'm just looking to connect with others who understand. My dad was diagnosed with a bone cancer a week before I was initially diagnosed. We lost him about a month ago now and it feels like I lost my biggest supporter and the only person who truly understood what I'm going through. Thank you for reading

Which hormone therapy option did you choose for ER+ breast cancer under 40?

I have hormone receptor-positive breast cancer and my oncologist explained two main endocrine therapy approaches. One option involves inducing menopause first and then using hormone-blocking medications. The other uses hormone therapy alone without changing my menopause status. Both aim to block the hormones that can fuel cancer growth and reduce recurrence risk. I'd love to hear from others who faced similar decisions about their experiences, especially anyone who was ER positive, PR negative, HER2 positive, had a mastectomy, completed TCHP chemo, Radiation, a a full year of Fesgo shots and was younger than 40 at diagnosis. I’m currently 39. • If you had hormone receptor-positive breast cancer, which endocrine therapy approach did you choose and how did you make that decision? • What was your experience like with whichever option you went with?

I’m jeanna I’m a 29 year old skater from Texas now living in Oregon. I have HER2+ breast cancer and a fractured neck. I just finished radiation on my neck and am gonna move onto the other spots now. I lost all my taste buds and whatever I can still get a hint of tastes so gross. I weigh 100lbs even and can’t lose anymore weight but it’s so hard to eat like this on top of the nausea. Any way to navigate these things?
