Will CAR-T therapy work if lymphoma is still active after chemo?

20 days agoI’ve had CLL for fifteen years it mutated to an aggressive type b lymphoma I had 6 rounds of the red devil chemo it was still active so I had the CAR-T therapy there is still an active lymph gland and found a new one I’m being scheduled a CT I’m very nervous now that my hair is growing back and my eyebrows and eyelashes are back the thought of chemo again scares me please pray for me that the CAR-T does it’s job Linda

CAR-T therapy can sometimes work even when previous treatments haven't been fully successful, as it uses a different approach by training the body's own immune cells to fight cancer cells.
