I was diagnosed with diffuse large b cell non hodkins stage 3 or 4 couldn't tell in 2023. Took 3 tries to get a biopsy for cell type. Did chop 6 rounds. Been in remission for almost 2.5 years. I still worry it will come back. Like I have ptsd. Anyone else experience this?

Many people in cancer remission experience similar worries and anxiety about recurrence, and these feelings are completely understandable after going through such a challenging experience. Post-traumatic stress responses after cancer treatment are more common than many realize, and the good news is that these feelings often do improve over time, especially with proper support and sometimes professional help. Consider reaching out to a counselor who specializes in cancer-related anxiety or connecting with others in this community who have walked a similar path.
