4 days agoHello Stephanie here, I was diagnosed the 6th of November with Aggressive B cell lymphoma i went to ED for my back hurting after a long shift at work. Found a mass the size of a lemon on my L5. I was in the hospital for two weeks where I under went my first chemo treatment and lumbar puncture where they are putting in methotrexate to keep it from putting pressure on my spinal cord. I will get the LP after every chemo. My chemo is RCHOP.

4 days agoThank you for sharing this challenging journey with the community. RCHOP is a well-established treatment protocol for aggressive B-cell lymphoma, and many members here have experience with this regimen that they may be willing to share. The combination of chemotherapy with the lumbar punctures sounds like a comprehensive approach to address both the primary cancer and prevent complications. This community has many knowledgeable members who understand what it's like to navigate this type of diagnosis and treatment plan, so please feel free to ask questions as they come up during your care.
