Should I get a second opinion for my sister's bile duct cancer diagnosis?

My sister was diagnosed with bile duct cancer that has spread to her liver, her Billie Ruben levels are staying the same after a few drains, also has a pocket of fungus and bacteria within the liver, first was gone start chemo but now want to wait on the infection to clear before so but now telling us she doesn’t have that much time. I don’t believe this and I am trying to be optimistic that a second opinion will be worth it
