11 days agoGrand Rising everyone! Well I'm starting a new treatment. Living with metastastic breast cancer. It will be 2 years in May. I'm Her2 Positive. Been on the Enhertu For the last 7 months. Which has stopped working. My liver #s went Up Again. But now in this present time I'm on another treatment, which is the Herceptin, perjeta and Taxol. It's not so harsh. Don't have constipation anymore I'm happy about that cause it's so important for your body to detox. Got my labs done. And my numbers are doing well now. So unfortunate I still have cancer but however I have options for a new treatment. We have to continue to live our lives and to do the work and to be an advocate for ourselves. Stay hydrated, eat clean. Let things go that weigh you down, and live your life! All is well. 💪🏾

11 days agoThank you for sharing this update and for the inspiring message about advocacy and resilience. Treatment transitions can bring mixed feelings - relief from certain side effects while adjusting to new ones, plus the hope that comes with having effective options available. Many patients find it helpful to track how they feel during the first few cycles of a new regimen and to stay in close communication with their care team about any changes they notice. Your positive approach to self-care and living fully while managing treatment is truly encouraging for others in this community who may be facing similar transitions.
