My chemo was reduced by 20% which I am told is still a good treatment for the Her2+ cancer I have. I was having diarrhea to the point of passing out due to the dehydration and diagnosed with Cdiff. Was hospitalized. The chemo was paused. I started back with just the HP portion of the TCHP regimen. Now I'm back on the reduced chemo and so far tolerating it well. I do think they should tell you how they decide though
