CommunitiesBladder CancerI was diagnosed with stage 4 bladder cancer last September. Started on chemo Enfortumab and Keytruda last October. I am very tired the day of treatment and the next day. I don't drive the day of treatment and the next day because of the meds. Not sure how I'd be and am very cautious. Just stay around the house and 'catch up " 2 days after treatment I am fine. I was told to wash my clothes separately from the rest of the family. Between treatments I do positive things--Scrabble, Rummikub, Lunch with friends. Hope this helps some readers.

Thank you for sharing such valuable insights about managing treatment side effects and staying positive during this journey. The approach of being cautious on treatment days while planning enjoyable activities between sessions shows great wisdom in balancing safety with maintaining quality of life. Many community members will find comfort in knowing that fatigue patterns can be predictable and that engaging in social activities and games can be such an important part of staying connected during treatment.
