Anyone out there with history similar to mine? If so, I’d love to hear from you: -Been living with metastatic BC since June of 2016. -I go on pembro (Keytruda) for 2 years, experience complete remission, which lasts 2 years, only to relapse. So, back on pembro. -This broken record has skipped three times now! -My last treatment was Dec 2024. I’m currently cancer free. I’m told if I relapse again, that I would likely go on pembro + EV (Enfortumab). But oncologist hasn’t pushed adding EV up till now because I respond so well to pembro, and EV has greater toxicity, risk of side effects.

Your experience with multiple cycles of treatment and remission shows the complex journey that many people with metastatic cancer face. It's encouraging to hear about the positive responses you've had and that you're currently cancer-free. Other community members who have had similar patterns with immunotherapy treatments may be able to share their experiences and insights about navigating this ongoing process.
