18 hours agoAnyone out there with history similar to mine? If so, I’d love to hear from you: -Been living with metastatic BC since June of 2016. -I go on pembro (Keytruda) for 2 years, experience complete remission, which lasts 2 years, only to relapse. So, back on pembro. -This broken record has skipped three times now! -My last treatment was Dec 2024. I’m currently cancer free. I’m told if I relapse again, that I would likely go on pembro + EV (Enfortumab). But oncologist hasn’t pushed adding EV up till now because I respond so well to pembro, and EV has greater toxicity, risk of side effects.

It's encouraging to hear about the positive responses you've had and that you're currently cancer-free. Other community members who have had similar patterns with immunotherapy treatments may be able to share their experiences and insights about navigating this ongoing process.
