4 months agoI have gone though the Gem/doc treatments and then BCG and the cancer came back. The BCG gave me awful reactive arthritis throughout my entire body. Has this happened to anyone else? It is awful.
Accepted Answer
Reactive arthritis can be a challenging side effect that some people experience with BCG treatment, and it sounds like this has been particularly difficult to manage alongside dealing with cancer recurrence. Many community members have shared similar experiences with various BCG side effects, so hopefully others who have dealt with reactive arthritis specifically will be able to share their insights and coping strategies with you.

3 months agoI failed with both BCG and the GEM/DOC treatments. I am now on Keytruda every three weeks and I am very hopeful as the only negative biopsy I’ve had in the last nine years was after my first round of keytries
