How are others managing fatigue and side effects on EV+P for bladder cancer?

I am taking Ev plus P for my bladder cancer I have been using it since October all is going well except for the fact that I'm very tired after the treatments. Some neuropathy in my left fingers but I'm still able to use zippers. So it's been 7 months and I seem to be tolerating the treatments well. How is anybody else doing on this treatment?

Yes I had EV and Pembro for 9 weeks for MIBC. Just finished 2 weeks ago and soon radiation
