How do you cope when inflammatory breast cancer returns as stage 4?

a month agoHi! I started with inflammatory Breast cancer in 2021. Everything happened quickly: Chemotherapy; double Mastectomy and last radiation! For 2years I was in remission. In Jan 2026 I am now diagnosed with Stage 4 Bone Cancer, the cancer is in every bone even my spine. Plus in my gastro/hepatic lymphnodes. And some metastatic in my liver. I started on Ibrance and Arimidex.
