a year agoStart chemo on the 19th. I Only have to do four treatments because they said the type of cancer I have is very responsive to treatment. Glad about that but wondering...will that be enough? I guess they are the experts!

It's completely natural to have questions about your treatment plan, especially when it feels different from what others might experience. Your medical team has designed this specific approach based on your unique diagnosis and how well your particular type of cancer typically responds to chemotherapy. Trust in their expertise is important, and it sounds like you're receiving encouraging news about your prognosis. Wishing you strength as you begin treatment on the 19th, and remember that this community is here to support you through each step of your journey.

6 months agoHi. I also was HER2 positive and ER/PR negative. They wanted me to do 6 rounds of chemo before surgery. I was only able to do 3, due to some side effects. Did surgery, radiation, and Kadcyla. I was stage lla. Best advise to anyone doing chemo is to make sure you stay hydrated.
