Hi Elizabeth, I too still suffer from gut issues among other things I was never warned or told about . I finished treatment in 2022 as well and I am so blessed to be NED. But the ongoing fatigue , pelvic pain, and brain fog is killing me . I eat super clean so I know it’s not diet . I also exercise . Don’t drink or smoke . So yes! I hear you loud and clear ! It is not in your head!
