Chemotherapy-related leg pain is a challenging side effect that many people in this community have experienced and discussed. Speaking with your oncology team about pain management options can be really helpful, as they may be able to adjust medications or suggest supportive care strategies. This community has many members who understand what you're going through and may have valuable insights to share about managing treatment side effects.

Neuropathy can be a side effecyears and it is a rare pain disease affecting nerves and can be triggered in patients undergoing chemo. What is interesting is not one oncologist I have talked to has heard of CRPS which I find sad since the meds they administer can trigger CRPS. I have suffered from CRPS for 33 years now and coupled with the cancer pain, my pain is not controlled.

Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) Definition: CRPS is a chronic pain condition that develops after an injury or surgery, typically in an arm, leg, hand, or foot. It is characterized by severe, persistent pain, along with other symptoms such as swelling, redness, and changes in temperature and sensitivity.
