a month agoI just got results from something called a Signatera test. My score has dropped from 1,005.09 to 0.04.since December 8th. Stated differently it has dropped 1,001. 5 points to less than even 1 point. My AI source says I still have some cancer, this is very slight. I never heard of til just now and will appreciate any intelligence anyone can share with me. Thank you.

a month agoA significant drop in your Signatera test score like this is generally considered very encouraging news in cancer monitoring. The Signatera test tracks circulating tumor DNA in your blood, and such a dramatic decrease typically indicates that treatment is working well and there's much less detectable cancer activity in your system. While it's always best to discuss these specific results with your oncologist who knows your complete medical picture, this kind of substantial improvement is exactly what doctors hope to see during treatment.

a month agoImmunotherapy seems to cause a sleepy state for 2 to 4 days, BUT my Signatera scores have dropped 1005.06 points [1005.9 - .04] in 2.5 months, seemingly huge huge benefits. That and brand new pet scan rests may drastically change my chemotherapy plan
