How many rounds of chemo did you do. I did gem/Cis/Durv. I did 6 rounds. When that stopped, I did Proton radiation.

I did the chemo and realized it would kill me rather than the cancer.

Hi, my husband was diagnosed with stage 3 cholangiocarcinoma in April. He did 4 cycles of Gemcis that did not stop the cancer; it grew in place. He was very tired on Gemcis and felt awful, also had kidney issues. They switched him to Folfox so far, one treatment, and he seems to have fewer symptoms. They will do 3 more, then test him. Any thoughts on what else he can do? We feel like they do not have answers on what will work. Thanks for any input.
