I am Her2 positive, ER PR negative patient, stage 1A invasive ductal carcinoma. I got my eye problem during chemo, now completed 4th cycle of injection Palitaxel and herceptin therapy, I did MRI brain at 21 March and the report showed single contrast enhancing nodule 3.5mm at left frontal lobe. I have no neurological symptoms. Is it possible to be the spread to brain ?

Finding a brain nodule during treatment can understandably cause worry, and many patients with HER2+ breast cancer have similar concerns about potential spread. While only an oncologist can properly evaluate imaging results in the context of your specific case, it's encouraging that the nodule is very small and you're experiencing no neurological symptoms. This discovery during active treatment means your medical team can monitor it closely and determine the best next steps for your care.
