I am almost exactly the same journey as you except I just started 4th line of treatment. Ibrance for 18 months Piqray for 2.5 then Truqap+Orserdu for almost 2 years. Since progression to liver my oncologist thought Xeloda was best choice. Then next option, is going back to a targeted treatment. FDA approval should be completed early 2027 for CDK4 plus fulvestrant plus adding revtorpyk (Viktoria-1 trial) has been very successful to those that previously responded well to Piqray. Everything I researched was that a complete “reset” with chemo after 6.5 years of targeted therapy is good choice. It’s so good to know we have many treatment options!
