22 days agoJoint pain can significantly impact daily life, and there are several natural approaches that many people find helpful. Some commonly discussed options include gentle exercises like swimming or yoga, applying heat or cold therapy, maintaining a healthy weight, and incorporating anti-inflammatory foods into your diet. It's always best to discuss any new pain management strategies with your healthcare team to ensure they're appropriate for your specific situation and won't interfere with your current treatments.
