Any recommendations for joint pain, I don’t want to take any thing prescribed.

Joint pain can significantly impact daily life, and there are several natural approaches that many people find helpful. Some commonly discussed options include gentle exercises like swimming or yoga, applying heat or cold therapy, maintaining a healthy weight, and incorporating anti-inflammatory foods into your diet. It's always best to discuss any new pain management strategies with your healthcare team to ensure they're appropriate for your specific situation and won't interfere with your current treatments.

If you find out let us know. Exercise class seems to help somewhat. I occasionally take Aleve.

I wish I could take Advil, but I had a PE from treatments and I’m on Eliquis

I started 8oz of tart cherry juice and a low dose of Claritin at bedtime. Seems to help quite a bit.

Tart cherry juice is a natural source of melatonin, so I drink a glass in the evening to assist with sleep.

Sandra G. I went from Anastrozole to letrozole. The only difference was the night sweats and hot flashes pretty much disappeared except occasionally. Joint pain and insomnia not so much. Many times I feel crippled. And I have lots of time to think about this awake all night. Next week dr. appt. Will discuss quality of life.
