2 months agoI've been prescribed Flomax (tamsulosin) to help with urination difficulties related to my bladder cancer situation. My doctor explained that it relaxes muscles in the prostate and bladder neck to improve urine flow, and while it's not a cancer treatment, it may help manage some of the urinary issues I'm experiencing. I've been told to watch out for dizziness, headaches, and to get up slowly to avoid falls. I'd love to connect with others who have dealt with similar urinary challenges and hear about your experiences. • If you've taken Flomax, what was your day-to-day experience like with it? • What tips helped you manage any side effects or urinary symptoms you dealt with?
