Does Flomax help with bladder cancer urination problems?

I don't know. I take it because the doctor told me. I have been treated with BCG I'm looking for natural stuff. I've ordered stuff it shipped but not got it.

I take Tamsulosin and Tadalafil for BPH, but I’ve taken Tamsulosin just itself too. But, I don’t remember ever having any side effects from it. I take it about 30 minutes after I’ve eaten dinner, no issues. I also have bladder cancer, main urinary issue I have is a urinary stricture that formed after the Turbt and large catheter after. Dr will “pop” it but seems to come Back. It’s been found I have another tumor and will have a 2nd Turbt, after open heart surgery that’s scheduled. Lots on my plate to deal with.
