Anyone else taking letrozole? Side effects and experiences?

I have been on Letrozole and Kisqali for about 2 months. I’m feeling tired and somewhat lethargic. I started PT and it helps to get out and moving. I’m hoping I will start to feel less fatigued.

I took my 1st pill today.
