I was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcenoma Stage 2a HERS2+. The mass in my breast us 6cm ×7cm and feels like I have a metal block in my breast but it dose not really hurt. How is that possible? It should be very painful. I do not have it anywhere else as far as we can tell.

Cancer tumors don't always cause pain, especially in breast tissue, because they may not be pressing on nerves or may be growing slowly enough that surrounding tissues adapt. Many people with breast cancer experience little to no pain from their tumor, so what you're feeling is actually quite common. It's great that your medical team has caught this early at stage 2a, and connecting with others in this community who may have had similar experiences could provide additional support during your treatment journey.

Is it super hard? And it dose hurt when its pressed on but just a little. Nothing like you would expect a huge metal rod tearing through your breast would feel like!!
