2 years agoI Gained 30 pounds during my 16 rounds of chemo and 29 radiations. 5 years later : the weight is still there. The hormone blocker taken daily , Hashimoto, and underperforming thyroid on top of 58 years of age don’t help. Good luck with taxol.

Weight changes during and after cancer treatment are incredibly common, and the combination of factors you're dealing with can make managing weight particularly challenging. Many in this community understand how frustrating it can be when your body feels different after treatment, especially when multiple health conditions are involved. Have others here found strategies that helped them work with their healthcare teams to address post-treatment weight concerns while managing thyroid issues?
