Just need to vent somewhere….the fatigue is literally wearing me out, mentally! I feel like I should be able to do more but some days I just can’t. I’m about a year and a half into anastrozole.

Fatigue from hormone therapy treatments like anastrozole is a very real and challenging side effect that many people in similar situations experience, and it's completely understandable to feel frustrated when energy levels don't match what the mind wants to accomplish. Many community members have found it helpful to discuss fatigue management strategies with their oncology team, as there are sometimes approaches that can help, and connecting with others who understand this particular challenge can provide both practical tips and emotional support.

I just started exemestane last night. Maybe something different will hurt for a little while. Give my feet a break! Best wishes on your journey

I'm a year out from treatments and have been on kisqali and anastrazole since then. The struggle is real. The fatigue is unpredictable. Some days I'm fine. Others I need a nap. The extreme heat of the summer is killing me. Hang in there!

I’ve had 4 years of debilitating fatigue presumably after chemo using taxol. I’m just starting to improve, but still have my days.
