Treatment decisions after mastectomy for invasive ductal carcinoma with positive nodes typically involve discussions about chemotherapy, hormone therapy, and sometimes radiation, depending on various individual factors. Many community members have shared their experiences with similar diagnoses, and connecting with others who understand this journey can provide valuable support and insights as you navigate your treatment options with your medical team.

Hi I have the same diagnosis. Had Mastectomy. Did 4 rounds of TC Chemo. Last week started Radition. The Dr said 36 rounds, and it will clear the margins. No other surgery. Wish you good recovery and healing to all.
