2 years agoHello Everyone! What do you think about prognosis for Luminal B , BC ? ( Estrogen +,Pr -,ki67 40%) Is it more aggressive and high recurrence?
Accepted Answer
Luminal B breast cancer can feel overwhelming to learn about, but it's important to know that treatments have continued to improve over the years. While this subtype does tend to grow faster than Luminal A due to the higher Ki-67 level, oncologists have many effective treatment options available, including targeted therapies that work specifically with hormone-positive cancers. Every person's situation is unique, so discussing your specific case and treatment plan with your oncology team will give you the most accurate picture of what to expect. Many others in this community have navigated similar diagnoses and may share their experiences and support.
