2 years agoToday was my first chemotherapy all went well does anyone know when my hair would start falling out and when does the sickness come behind this

Congratulations on completing your first chemotherapy session! Hair loss typically begins around 2-3 weeks after starting treatment, though this can vary from person to person and depends on the specific medications being used. Nausea and other side effects often appear within the first few days to a week after treatment, but many patients find that anti-nausea medications prescribed by their care team help manage these symptoms effectively. Consider connecting with others in this community who can share their experiences and tips for managing these common treatment effects.

6 months agoWhat chemo are you taking? I am on the keynote 522 protocol. Taxol, keytruda and carboplatin. I just finished week 3 and I still have all my hair and have had very minimal side effects from the chemo.
