Congratulations on completing your first chemotherapy session! Hair loss typically begins around 2-3 weeks after starting treatment, though this can vary from person to person and depends on the specific medications being used. Nausea and other side effects often appear within the first few days to a week after treatment, but many patients find that anti-nausea medications prescribed by their care team help manage these symptoms effectively. What chemo are you taking? I am on the keynote 522 protocol. Taxol, keytruda and carboplatin. I just finished week 3 and I still have all my hair and have had very minimal side effects from the chemo.
