I’ve been taking tamoxifen for about two months now, and I was wondering if theres anything that can help with joint pain while taking it. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

Joint pain is a commonly reported side effect that many people experience with this medication, so you're definitely not alone in dealing with this challenge. Many community members find relief through gentle exercise like walking or swimming, anti-inflammatory foods, warm baths, or over-the-counter pain relief options, though it's always best to discuss any new approaches with your oncology team first. Have others in the community found specific strategies that work well for managing this type of discomfort?

The muscle pain should stop, I took magnesium and that help with the muscle pain and cramps. Check with your doctor and see if you can switch your Tamoxifen for something else. I take Exemastene and have had no issue as far as side effects go with the drug. My side effects are from the other prescribed meds.
