I have had 8 treatments of Enhertu for her2 low. The fatigue is really tough and has been very challenging. My functional medicine practitioner recommends infusion of glutathione to help with this. I would like to pursue this and there is are clinics that offer it but want to get an option beige I approach my oncology team. Thoughts?toopinion before

My Naturopath recommended checking with Oncology before starting glutathione because it can make some chemo and treatment less effective. I get a custom Vit B shots, IV Vit C, and hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT) Recommendation: find out what is causing fatigue first. Example: is it low blood counts? If so, what can be done to help prove the counts?
