6 months agoI have been on Letrozole since January 2024, the first month, I had every side effect in the book but now 3 months in, the main thing I notice is fatigue, and some difficulty falling asleep. I truly have noticed a decrease in side effects by doing chair yoga daily, listening to meditation music, and listening to my body. The fatigue is real, when you feel tired..you are! My oncologist also has me taking sour cherry concentrate and 1 slow mag daily. To boost melatonin for sleeping and decrease joint pain and inflammation. My advice is give it a true chance. The first month is the worst.

6 months agoI agree with Lori, I’ve been on it for 4 months. I also take Kisqali 3weeks in, 1 weeks off. I have taken Claritin for the joint pain when it’s very uncomfortable. My hair is thin and I’ve lost some but not super noticeable. My face has broken out a little but not sure which med is doing that. Sleeping is for sure for me. I’m tired but can’t fall asleep and I wake up around 2am and have a hard time falling back to sleep. Walking at a slower pace has helped. The meds ARE making a difference with my cancer so emotionally that helps get me through some of the side affects too. Good luck to you❣️
