It increased my blood pressure so I tried anstrazole with same results. Opting no AIs.

I’m on Anastrazole for 1 1/2 years , joint pain and gout, so painful , will be on it for 5 years

Letrozole side effects Fatigue Joint pain - hips, knees, ankles and left hand Elevated cholesterol Elevated glucose Weight gain Dry mouth / frequent thirst Bloodwork showed ANA #s as abnormal - now testing for possibly lupus or Rheumatoid arthritis (no family history - no issues prior to starting letrozole)
