a month agoHi everyone ❤️ Is there anyone here who, after neoadjuvant chemo and surgery, had HER2-positive breast cancer (ER/PR-negative, node-negative) and was prescribed only Herceptin? In my case, Herceptin was recommended, but capecitabine (Xeloda) tablets were also suggested. After reviewing the available data and considering my pathology (ypT1aN0, RCB-I), I decided not to take capecitabine, as I couldn’t find strong evidence that it improves outcomes in this low-risk setting, while it does add systemic toxicity. I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences and what treatment plan you followed. Thank you Wishing everyone healing, strength, and good spirits 💕
