a year agoIs anyone on Enhertu? I’m MBC, ductal invasive (12 lymph nodes removed) diagnosed 5 years ago, had lumpectomy, radiation and given AI, was NED for 15 months then it came back in my neck lymph nodes which was reduced by oral chemo (Verzenio) then zapped with radiation, then it went into my T5 and I was put on Enhertu for a year now and with radiation the T5 is gone. My last pet scan showed small nodules on my lungs which are still too small to biopsy. My issue is the side effects of Enhertu which wipe me out completely after the second day and eases up after almost a week. Anyone suffering the same way with extreme fatigue, nausea etc ?

Many people on this treatment do experience challenging side effects like the ones mentioned, and the timing pattern described is quite common. It's encouraging to hear about the positive response with the T5 treatment, and connecting with others who have similar experiences with treatment side effects can be really valuable for managing this journey - hopefully some community members will share their strategies for getting through those tough days each cycle.
