9 months agoWhat is recast. She is giving me something for the infusions
Accepted Answer
Recast is a medication that helps prevent nausea and vomiting during chemotherapy infusions - it's commonly given as part of the pre-medication routine before treatment. Many patients find it helpful to ask their care team about all the medications they're receiving, as understanding each one can provide reassurance during the treatment process.

7 months agoI had a day of no appetite. I had leg weakness for a couple of days. By the third day things were back to normal. Other than that no other side effects. Every person chemical makeup is different, it can be different for you.
