Side Effects During Kisqali Treatment and Off-Week

HI LADIES, QUESTION AGAIN: For those of you on the Kisquali, the usual cycle is 3 weeks on and 1 week off. I haven't really been having too many side effects on the 400mg. What I have been noticing is some constipation. Also, the week that I am not taking the Kisquali, my stomach seems upset and going to the bathroom more often. Has anyone else had this reaction?

Managing side effects during treatment cycles can be challenging, and it's helpful to track these patterns like you're doing. Many patients experience digestive changes both on and off treatment weeks, so sharing your observations here could help others who might be going through something similar - hopefully some community members will chime in with their own experiences to help answer your question.

I'm ending my 1st cycle on my lower dose to 400mg Sat. We lowered it because I was having constipation followed by explosive diarrhea. Last month ended with diarrhea that lasted 6 days. I also stopped an antibiotic for an infection. I'm hoping the lower dose will be tolerated better. So far, much better. I was on the 600mg for 1-1/2 years.

I’m on 600mg and have noticed it causes a lot of pain and extreme fatigue on the week I was off it I felt normal!!! Days are different if dealing with constipation or diarrhea so it depends on how much junk or how little junk I eat
