I have been on exemestane for over almost 2 years. Definitely have had aches and pains in joints and weight gain. I also had decrease in bone density and have Zometa infusions as a result.

I’ve also been on it two years and feel achy a lot, especially after sitting still. Moving really helps and my oncologist let me go down to taking it every other day as estrogen was only 20% of my tumor so not the main driver. I’m NED for 2 years despite being stage 4. Good luck to you.

I have been on it for a year and a half. I have lots of aches and pains and fatigue. Have had a couple of infusions for bones as a precaution. Not sure how many of my symptoms are directly related to the drug but willing to deal with it so as to decrease my chances of recurrence. I have lost weight but have been on Ozempic and trying really hard to get to a healthy weight.
