How long have others been on Xeloda for stage 4 breast cancer?

Is anyone on Xeloda for Metastatic stage 4 breast cancer? I have been on it for about 8 months. I’ve had a severe case of hand/foot disease that went away after about a month and I experience extreme fatigue. I try working through it with smoothies and eating right although I don’t get much exercise as it metastasizes to my spine and I’ve had several breaks with lesions and am on opioids for the pain. How long have you responded to the drug?? And what has been your experience? Thank you in advance??
