I had 6 rounds of TCHP and I am cancer free! The test results after my mastectomy showed it had spread to my lymph nodes, but the Chemo killed it. So I would say that all the crap I went through during Chemo was worth it. Good luck.

I had a complete response with 6 rounds of TCHP. Lumpectomy tissue and lymph nodes showed no evidence of cancer. I am doing 15 radiation treatments for clean up security. The chemo was hard—especially the last 3 with the cumulative effects. But I now feel strong and healthy again 2 months post last chemo. Grateful for the chemo drugs! Now if only my hair would grow back a bit faster!!

Had same drugs and was cancer free for 10 years. Now stage 4 oligometastatic - it’s a subset of stage 4 where the Mets are very limited. I have Mets to the skin of my chest. No standard protocol for treatment. First Onc said drugs only. Second opinion recommended proton (safer than standard photon radiation) 15 treatments plus surgery to remove mets. Now on ribociclib (kisqali) and letrozole. So far no evidence of disease.
