I was diagnosed with mbc in September 2024. I’m on Kisqali and Letrezole. When I first started the drugs I experienced dizziness and diarrhea, but those are not so prevalent now. What’s bugging me now is that my finger nails are splitting, and the texture of my hair has changed. It’s just weird! I don’t see evidence that I’m losing hair, but it’s definitely changed. Anyone else??

These types of changes with nail splitting and hair texture shifts are commonly reported side effects that many people experience while on these medications. It's completely understandable how frustrating and concerning these physical changes can be, especially when you're already adjusting to treatment. Many others in this community have shared similar experiences, so you're definitely not alone in noticing these effects.

Yes-I started taking a hair and nail supplement (Weem) because of thinning hair and breaking nails on Letrozole, despite calcium and Vitamin D supplements-
