a year agoHi, has anyone suffered throat sore in lasts days of radiation therapy? what can I do to reduce pain
Accepted Answer
Throat soreness can be a challenging side effect during radiation treatment, and many patients in this community have shared similar experiences. Some have found relief through gentle remedies like cool liquids, soft foods, throat sprays, or prescribed medications from their care team - it's worth discussing specific options with your medical team since they know your treatment plan best. Hoping others here will share what has helped them get through this difficult part of treatment.

6 months agoI drink lots of water with a shot of Pedialyte type drink for electrolytes. I also use Ricola throat losengers.
