I have been on truqp and fulvesant for two months. CA27,29 down from 1804 to 877. CA 15-3 went from 669 to 415. I am beyond thrilled with these numbers. Pet scan next month

Those tumor marker reductions show meaningful downward trends that many patients hope to see during treatment. While only your oncologist can interpret these numbers in the context of your complete medical picture, it's understandable that you're feeling encouraged by these changes after two months of treatment. The upcoming PET scan will provide additional important information to help guide your care team's assessment of how things are progressing.

My numbers went up the first month of adding Truqaq to Kisquali and fluvestrant. Did that happen to anyone?

Have you had high blood sugars with the Truqap?

No my blood sugar is good. Dr monitors it every month. Biggest problem is fatigue

If you go to the truqap website the company offers a free intro kit. It’s worth getting. It contains a pill container that shows Four days on and the three days off. Easy reminder

Linda A, My dr wants to switch me to fulvestrant instead of Letrozole. May I ask if you get a lot of joint pain? How are the injections? My trigger fingers that had surgery are triggering and I had carpal tunnel surgery and have numbness again. Also, tendonitis has returned. Thank you for any input
