Managing chemo side effects can be really challenging, and it's completely understandable to feel overwhelmed right now. Many people in this community have found helpful strategies for dealing with fatigue and appetite loss - consider talking with your care team about anti-nausea medications, small frequent meals, and gentle activities that might help boost energy when possible.

4 months agoHi Angelina, ask your doctor about medication to help you eat. I was the same way when I started chemotherapy, but thankfully they gave me medication to help with nausea and vomiting and it increased my appetite.

4 months agoI also was the same way after my first round of chemo. Once I was given the proper antinausea drugs (I went through a few before we found the right one for me), I was back on track with eating.

3 months agoHi Angelina! I took daily notes in my side effects and share side effects with my doctor. Dosage was adjusted on the following. My biggest concern was lack of appetite too. After adjustment to treatment I have been able to eat.
