Facing treatment a second time brings unique challenges, and it's completely natural to feel apprehensive about the different side effects that may come with chemotherapy. Many community members have found that staying ahead of fatigue through gentle movement when possible, proper nutrition, and openly communicating with the medical team about concerns can make a meaningful difference in managing treatment effects.

6 months agoSorry to hear this. With chemo, I tried to stay as active as possible. But I also listened to my body and on days that I needed rest, I did just that. Stay hydrated and talk to a dietitian/nutritionist about what to eat to fuel your body. Lots of protein, fruits and veggies. Chemo is not fun, but it's temporary. Hang in there.
