Treatment adjustments due to side effects are more common than many people realize, and your doctor's priority is keeping you safe while still providing effective treatment. Many patients have navigated similar situations where one medication needed to be modified or removed from their regimen. Others in this community may have experience with TCHP modifications and could share their perspectives on how they managed this decision with their medical team.

6 months agoI was stage 3 her2 positive and had to have the perjeta removed for the same reason. Talk to your medical oncologist about your concern, but for me...things came out well in the end.

6 months agoThank you for sharing that . My oncologist suggested the removal and I was not clear on how this would impact the efficacy of treatment

6 months agoI had epic diarrhea but giving up dairy during treatment and taking a probiotic allowed me to stay on the Perjata.
