9 months agoCramps in the hands and feet. Has anyone had this before when after the chemo. I have to shake my hands and feets sometimes. It's uncomfortable and if I don't do anything it hurts.

Many people in the breast cancer treatment community experience cramping in their hands and feet during chemotherapy. This side effect, sometimes called peripheral neuropathy, can be really uncomfortable and disruptive to daily activities. It's great that you're reaching out to connect with others who might have similar experiences - sharing what works for managing these symptoms can be really helpful for everyone going through treatment.
