Changes in breast tissue during cancer treatment and recovery can understandably cause worry, especially when taking hormone therapy medications like anastrozole. While some breast changes can occur as side effects of treatment, any new symptoms like swelling or nipple changes should be evaluated by your medical team promptly to ensure proper monitoring and peace of mind during your ongoing care.
