a year agoHas anyone avoided anesthesia for a lumpectomy with a nerve block & sedation?
Accepted Answer
Many patients do explore different anesthesia options for their lumpectomy, and nerve blocks with sedation can be an alternative approach that some surgical teams offer. It's great that you're thinking ahead about your preferences and comfort level for the procedure. This is definitely something worth discussing with your surgical team, as they can explain what options might be available based on your specific situation and help you make the best choice for your care.
